Calan Dineer was the Sovereign of the Dragons and the Lord of the Great Realm of Dreams. He was the father of both the Daikini Elora Danan[1] and the dragon Kieron Dineer.[2] Willow Ufgood saw him in a dream one year after Bavmorda's death. Dineer was so massive that his neck was taller than a tall tree, his teeth longer than a Nelwyn's height and the ridges of his back as tall as four Daikinis. He flew Ufgood to the Sunset Ocean while telling him that the Mother World is round, with no end. He knew everything about Ufgood and told him that his thoughts can be heard by other creatures. He flew him to Tir Asleen so that he could attend the ceremony in honor of Elora Danan, and right then he vanished.[3]
