A race of small people that live in a village separate from the Daikini world. Nelwyns are generally less than four feet in height, while Daikinis are generally 5-7 feet tall. The Nelwyns govern themselves with a village council overseen by a patriarch known as the High Aldwin.

Some people refer to the Nelwyns as "pecks," which is an offensive term to the Nelwyns.
